Add 1 stick unsalted canna butter, 1 stick soften canna butter to the mixing bowl, mix on medium speed until both butters are combined
Slowly add 2/3 cup sugar to the butter, allow to cream for about 3-4 minutes
Add 2 tsp vanilla extract to the mixture then allow to blend for 2 minutes
Then gradually add the 2 cups of flour until mixture is combined
Use spatula to remove excess from mixer rack and the side of the bowl then shape into mound and transfer dough from bowl to parchment paper (if dough is sticky, add a little flour to your hand to remove from bowl)
Wrap dough in parchment paper and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Pre-heat oven to 350 degree
After 30 minutes, remove dough from refrigerator and add about 1tbsp of flour to the surface that you are using and keep hands and rolling pin lightly floured as well
Roll dough with rolling pin outward to about ¼ inch thick (if dough is hard, leave for a few minutes to soften the start again)
Once reached desired thickness, start cutting your dough using you Hello High Cookie Cutter set

Remove shaped dough and place on a lined cookie sheet spaced apart
Place in oven and bake for 12-14 minutes
After 12-14 minutes, remove cookies from oven and place to completely cool before adding icing
Use Betty Crocker cookie icing for border décor
Add one cup of royal icing, 2 tbsp of milk or water
Mix on medium speed with a hand mixer until all mixture is combined
Add icing to a piping bag or alternative then add icing to the cookies and leave to dry for 30 minutes.
