Infused Almond Milk

This recipe will show you how to make cannabis infused almond milk.

Materials

  • 1 ½ cups Almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 14g decarbed cannabis
  • 1 nut milk bag
  • Infused olive oil
  • Infused honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 1 ½ cups of almond to a jar or bowl, add water to cover the almond at least 2 inches in the container and let it sit for 8hours
  • After 8 hours, pour off water and rinse with cold water the return almond to container
  • Add 4 cups of water to high powered blender (at least 600-700watts), blend until content is completely blended
  • Use a nut milk bag or strainer, pour content from blender in a container to separate milk from pulp
  • Bring a medium pot of water to boil, the put a heat safe glass bowl on top
  • Add 14 grams of decarb cannabis and let the almond milk heat until it reaches 150 degrees
  • Turn the stove on low and let it simmer for about an hour, stirring every 15 mins
  • After an hour, let the almond milk cools before straining again
  • Use a nut milk bag or strainer to separate milk from pulp
  • Transfer milk back to blender to add flavoring (skip if choose not to flavor milk)
  • Add 1 tbsp of canna honey (optional), ½ tsp vanilla and blend for 2-3 minutes until combined
  • Pour into storage container or serve.
