Infused Almond Milk
This recipe will show you how to make cannabis infused almond milk.
Materials
1 ½
cups
Almonds
4
cups
water

tbsp
honey

vanilla extract

decarbed cannabis

nut milk bag
Infused olive oil
Infused honey (optional)
Instructions
Add 1 ½ cups of almond to a jar or bowl, add water to cover the almond at least 2 inches in the container and let it sit for 8hours
After 8 hours, pour off water and rinse with cold water the return almond to container
Add 4 cups of water to high powered blender (at least 600-700watts), blend until content is completely blended
Use a nut milk bag or strainer, pour content from blender in a container to separate milk from pulp
Bring a medium pot of water to boil, the put a heat safe glass bowl on top
Add 14 grams of decarb cannabis and let the almond milk heat until it reaches 150 degrees
Turn the stove on low and let it simmer for about an hour, stirring every 15 mins
After an hour, let the almond milk cools before straining again
Use a nut milk bag or strainer to separate milk from pulp
Transfer milk back to blender to add flavoring (skip if choose not to flavor milk)
Add 1 tbsp of canna honey (optional), ½ tsp vanilla and blend for 2-3 minutes until combined
Pour into storage container or serve.
