Infused Almond Milk
This recipe will show you how to make cannabis infused almond milk.
Materials
- 1 ½ cups Almonds
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 14g decarbed cannabis
- 1 nut milk bag
- Infused olive oil
- Infused honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add 1 ½ cups of almond to a jar or bowl, add water to cover the almond at least 2 inches in the container and let it sit for 8hours
- After 8 hours, pour off water and rinse with cold water the return almond to container
- Add 4 cups of water to high powered blender (at least 600-700watts), blend until content is completely blended
- Use a nut milk bag or strainer, pour content from blender in a container to separate milk from pulp
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil, the put a heat safe glass bowl on top
- Add 14 grams of decarb cannabis and let the almond milk heat until it reaches 150 degrees
- Turn the stove on low and let it simmer for about an hour, stirring every 15 mins
- After an hour, let the almond milk cools before straining again
- Use a nut milk bag or strainer to separate milk from pulp
- Transfer milk back to blender to add flavoring (skip if choose not to flavor milk)
- Add 1 tbsp of canna honey (optional), ½ tsp vanilla and blend for 2-3 minutes until combined
- Pour into storage container or serve.
