Mushroom Gummies

Materials
- 1 box Jello mix (3.5oz)
- 3-4 fresh lemons
- 3.5 packs packs gelatin
- ½ cup juice
- Cheese Cloth
- 7 mushroom
Instructions
- Grind 7-14g mushrooms in coffee grinder until powdery fine.
- Juice 2-3 lemons
- Add lemon juice to grounded mushrooms and stir until combined
- Then place mixture in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight
- In a bowl, strain liquid mixture that was set aside3-8 hour prior

- Add 3½ packs of gelatin to a bowl and then add 1/3 liquid mixture
- Stir until combined then set aside for 15 minutes
- While gelatin is setting, bring a medium pot to boil and add a heat safe glass bowl on top or use a double boiler.
- Turn heat to medium and add 1/2 cup of juice flavor of choice, then slowly add 1 pack jello mix, then use spatula or wooden spoon to stir until combined. Stir often for about 10 minutes to prevent mixture from sticking to the bowl until it reaches 107 degrees
- Add gelatin mixture that was set aside to the boiling mixture, then stir on medium heat until combined
- Remove from heat then slowly start pouring the mixture into the cavity from a measuring cup or an easy to handle container.
- Leave them on counter to dry for about an hour or place in refrigerator for faster processing.
- Remove from mold and enjoy
